Return/Exchange Policy?

DEMED will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective product within 14 days of receipt. For returns, the price of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please go to the contact page and provide us with your order number and reason for return and we will email you a label to affix to the front of our original box.

We accept exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective product within 14 days of receipt. For exchanges, provide us with your order number and reason for exchange as well as the product name and size that you would like to exchange for. We will email you a return shipment label that you can affix to the outside of your current box and ship the products back. Please go to the contact page to provide us this information.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What are my shipping options?

We currently ship all orders via FedEx. Shipping speed and price will be determined by the customer’s location and shipping type desired. Options include: overnight, 2-day, and ground. We DO NOT make money on any shipping, we simply charge the customer the exact cost that it is to us.

Do you ship internationally?

You will not be able to place an order on our site with an international destination at this time. Please use our contact page and we will do our best to work out a solution that works for you.
